When this drop-based clothing brand came to us, their email program was leaving serious revenue on the table. There was no welcome email to capitalize on new subscriber interest, no pop-up form to actually capture that traffic effectively, and just a single email going out per drop. meaning each release relied almost entirely on their audience seeing their IG posts and ads rather than a real strategy to build anticipation and urgency.


We rebuilt their email channel from the ground up, implementing a high-converting pop-up form giving an incentive to fill out their email without cheapening the brands perception, an automated welcome flow, and a multi-touch campaign sequence around each drop. Rather than treating email as a siloed channel, we integrated it into a coordinated push alongside paid ads, organic social, and SMS, so every touchpoint reinforced the others in the lead-up to launch. Because this is a visually-driven brand, we leaned heavily into on-brand imagery over infographics and bullet-pointed selling points, keeping the emails on-brand and letting the pieces speak for themselves. The result: drops began selling out faster than ever before, with email emerging as a core driver of that momentum.
